im 5'7 inches tall and started lifting weights weighing at 165lbs working out 3 time a week after 9 months i ballooned to 210lbs i look very bulky with no definition at all. im satisfied with my gains but i gain some unwanted fat how do i solve this?
some key questions i wanted to ask
1.do i still workout 3 times a week? should i do the same routine or theres a different routine for cutting phase?
2.i know i must work on my cardio but how much? 3 times a week? and how long?
3.should i maintain 210 grams of protein consumption daily?
