My brother in law has only been lifting (not even seriously) for about 2 months or so, and yet his body looks good enough for modelling hehe (although he is a model before)... Kainis mga ganun hehehe

my personal advice: dont take fat burners if hindi mo pa inaayos cardio and diet mo... chances are hindi mo na kailangan... unless model ka, na biglang payat kailangan...
I'm planning to buy one of those fat burners (San Tight or Lipo 6) but can't decide which with all the advertising hype on the net. Any advice which one is better? Thanks in advance!
