Weightloss Supplements as a Jumpstart


Hi I'm currently hitting the gym for 3 months already and I see no difference in terms of fat loss. For sure, I gained muscle mass and feels stronger but the main reason why I go to the gym is to remove those ugly fats.

I'm still 235 lbs with my 5'7" height and I'm kinda desperate already in lossing fats. I'm wondering what among these can I use to jumpstart my fat loss regimen:

1. Xenadrine NRG with Norambrolide
2. SAN Tight

I've read much about these two and would like to ask which would be safer to use? Thank you so much and I hope that this would open a window of oppurtunity for me.

best bet will be Xenadrine with lots of cardio vascular exercise, Diet & lots of water

I've never used SAN tight.., but i've seen results using Xenadrine (EFX nga lang.)

No difference at all??? did you wrote down your body measurements 3 months ago?

Hang in there jarod, just check your diet and continue hitting the gym. Keep in mind that spot reduction is a myth. And Brisk walking is best for burning fats.

the better options would be

nutrex lipo-6
muscletech hydroxycut (regular)
xenadrine efx (xtra strength with norambrolide)

of course ephedra is still the best thing... if taken with regulation...

check the classifieds for cheap source...

Well, I still do continue my normal food intake precautions like:
1. meat and rice
2. strictly vegetables/fish and rice
3. meat/vegetable/fish with half rice

My probably problem would now only be is my lazy time with the cardio. Cardios are too way boooring. But I stil maintain min 20mins bike/cross trainer 3x week and continue with the weight lifting stuffs.

I know i'm too lazy in my regimen. You know the feeling of a fat guy doing all the hard stuffs with all his might, just like in the movies? It's just lke how I feel and I *think* all I was looking for something that would boost even just a *little* of my fat loss results for some inspiration/encouragement. Any other ideas? Thank you so mich for all the understanding. Now back to regular programming...

How would I take Xenadrine NRG with Norambrolide? One capsule every morning before meals? How about Xenadrine NRG without Norambrolide? Is it still good?

I know.. all too well i believe. anyway, you need to increase your cardio training. from 20mins try to work your way up to 45 mins or more.

go with the recommended serving size. try this.. upon waking up, bruch your teeth or gargle, then take Xenadrine. 15-20mins after, eat your breakfast.

no pain no gain... patience is a virtue... without cardio and a healthy diet, fat burners would be useless... i suggest you increase your cardio to 30minutes 6x a week or 1hour 3x a week...

there is no such thing as xenadrine NRG without norambrolide... its a fake...

Thanks guys for the replies I really believe that I really have to work hard on this. Well, aside from brisk walking are there any other things I can do to burn fats without going to the gym? It's not that I hate the gym but just to have an alternative or a different exercise setting to remove boredom.

My wife doesn't go to the gym (taking care of our little boy is enough work hehe), but eating 6-7 small meals a day coupled with lots of veggies and substituted white rice/bread with full grain brown rice or wheat bread made her fitter.

Although she does need more "muscle", she is doing a lot better than before wherein she tries to deprive herself with meat and food in general.

There's no need for fat burners for you now. You use them when you already lost quite a bit of fat through regular dieting and exercising, and then you plateau... Fat burners can take you to that "next level" of fat burning.

To put it bluntly, you haven't even reached the first level of fat loss. Your body hasn't increased its metabolism, it hasn't adapted to cleaner eating yet. Going the "shortcut" way will only benefit you short term, you'll guaranteed to gain all that weight and fat back as soon as you stop taking it coz your body still isn't capable of processing food efficiently and distributing the consumed calories for energy.

Trust me on this.

We'd love to see your progress on a monthly basis.

Use the journal in our board, it helps a lot (motivation) if others can track your progress for you.

efx has norambrolide too... its hard to know especially here in the philippines, where everything is pirated... so you have to be sure where your supplement store is getting their supplies...

Even me, napagisipan ko several times na mag try ng fat burner kay VW, but I keep realizing the fact that I never (and I meant never) gave any real effort with cardio and cutting back on calories, I can only blame myself for not being able to cut.

It was SOOOO much easier bulking than cutting hehe. So you're not alone here.

Envy those guys like VW etc that has a relatively low BF to begin with :D

My brother in law has only been lifting (not even seriously) for about 2 months or so, and yet his body looks good enough for modelling hehe (although he is a model before)... Kainis mga ganun hehehe
