Losing fat? (Warning: Long Post)

Ever since College started I really wanted to discipline myself Physically and Mentally. I'm a B.S. Psychology student of UST and I have enough free time to work-out. My parents always tells me that I'm thin but I don't listen to them. I still have fat around my thighs, forearms and waist, and so MAYTABA and MATABA means the same to me.

I've been reading on losing weight for about 2 years I think. I haven't done anything yet till I started last month during our vacation. I weighed 126lbs since then. Now I'm 116lbs, so that means that I've lost 10lbs. I know I've been losing body mass, but I've noticed that the fat didn't even decrease.

I learned why when I read across an article about removing body fat. Just last month, all I've done is weight-lifting with no cardio at all. My problem stemmed from that. I would've been able to do cardio if I was still on vacation but not anymore now.

My MWF schedule runs from 7am - 2pm and my TTh runs from 8:30am - 4pm

I wake up at around 3am to run a few reviews for my studies and use the rest for working out or writing. I know that I wake up too early and you may think that I'm not getting enough sleep but no. I do get enough sleep. I sleep from 7/8pm to 3am, which leaves me with 7/8 hours of sleep.

Why work out so early in the morning?
I've read an article that tells me that you burn fat 3x faster when you do morning cardios.

Why?
Because you've just woke up and haven't eaten anything at all, you don't use calories to fuel you with energy. Your body uses fat as a last-resort fuel when you don't have anything to use for energy. Which means that your body uses your stored body fat as a fuel instead of calories.

I would've been able to do this if there weren't any impediments.

1. I scheduled myself to do cardio around 4-5am, but! I'm too scared to go out. I mean... were in Philippines! Alam naman naman ng lahat na delikado na kung saan pumunta. Tondo pa ah!

2. I study in UST and let me tell you! Puro fastfood restaurants ang nandito! Wala akong makain na healthy. For the sake of my camaraderie with my friends, I go with them to wherever they want to eat.

3. I used to have asthma, and I'm not really used to Physical activities(I don't play sports) My family went on a jogging session before at Luneta and I tried doing LIIT and HIIT. Whenever I do HIIT, my heart beats really fast! I can't breath and it feels like my heart will give in any second! Is this Exercise Induced Asthma or plain "Out of Shape" disorder.

Hope that someone can give some advice on my problems...

Okay, would be glad to help but need clarification on a few things first:

1.What is your primary goal? Gain lean body mass, lose fat?

2. How does your current diet look like?

3. What does your weight lifting regimen look like?

Im already at my late 40s when I started using SP Beauty Lift Wrinkle Serum., Everyone who sees me tells me that I look younger. They even asked me if I had a face lift, because the wrinkles on my face just disappeared. I really love this product so much that I also tried using the other SP beauty products such as Revive SP Moisturizer, Refresh SP Cleanser. I also recommended it to all my friends. It gave me the confidence that I needed. Try it now!
