it's been in my mind for quiet some time, anyone of you here drinks beer or any other alcohol? if then, how often & when is a good time to take it? days after or before a workout?
i used to do this back when i was really in the bodybuilding (weights) stuffs, i used to workout every morning, drink in the evening (beer or whisky), then pump a few stretch reps to perspire a little. then sleep, actually drinking for bodybuilders isn't really that bad especially when u drink light beer (sml in particular), because according to Men's health mag (us) 100 ways to live forever(number 23 may2003 issue), it is a good habit that you drink a bottle or two of light beer every other day.
