theveed: yup, na-check nila skn yng body fat% etc. ko...salamats!  Sundin ko nlng yung program ng 2-3 weeks then pagawa ako ng bagong program sa kanila.  Sabi naman skn na kng gus2 ko daw ng new program sbhn ko lng sa kanila.

Question: What is the ideal cardio time you spend to have a good impact on your weight loss program?


I'm currently doing the Fat Loss 12 week workout program. It says there 30 mins (2 days in a week) is that enough?

Well, it really depends on how much calories you're burning.


A 3Xa week cardio is better. A 5 X a week cardio would be the best (all in 30 minutes).


You can also do your cardio twice a day for 20 minutes.


Here's what i can say about exercise books we read::



  1. Di alam ng books kung ano ang capacity mo.

  2. di alam ng books kung healthy ka

  3. di alam ng books kung ano body fat mo.

  4. dami pang di alam ang books tungkol sayo kaya mas maganda ikaw ang mag manage sa sarili mo

and always remember, your body composition is made in the kitchen, not in the gym, I dont care if you run an hour daily, if you consume more than you expend you will not lose that fat.

losing weight and burning fat are two different stuffs dude.. but if you really wanna shred weight and burn fat fast.. try not to drink caffeine or just take in 1/4 teaspoon straight with ur protein drink(optional, good if ur on a protein diet). eat 1/6 teaspoon of green tea or oolong or other anti-oxidant tea leaves) and do your cardio in between sets per excercise (30-60 seconds per rest). hydrate your mouth only,, and try not to take creatine, coz creatine makes you buldging, big, and weigh more, beacause creatine hydrates your muscles)

Creatine is irrelevant.Everybody knows that creatine has the property of holding water in the body, not just in your muscles but everywhere (including the throat, tounge even our balls).


Even the tea & caffeine is irrelevant because they are diuretics and they dont burn fat, they only flush out water.

hmm? isn't that a tip? samples of fat burning enhancer

That's correct. Creatine and fat loss has no direct correlation, neither does caffeine other than diuretic effect.

Many things to do to burn fat:



  • walking for more than hours on the mall.

  • basketball

  • tennis

  • badminton

  • jogging

  • riding your bike

  • aerobics

  • treadmill

  • baseball

these are only a few activities for you to burn fat. But if you want to burn your fat faster you need to take T3 (cytomel / Tertroxin).
