The nutritional content of pinoy dishes

Just curious, does anyone know the nutritional value of food like balut and kesong puti? It seems that some pinoy dishes have immense potential in the local bodybuilding diet but I have no idea what their protein and fat content is like.

Thought I found the answers  I'm also looking for this information for a long time now. There's this site - www.nutritiondata.com but foods listed there are mostly american and may not be applicable to what we have here. Hope someone comes up with the list

Surprisingly, the local FOOD magazine comes up with macro listing of their recipes quite often, for P75 it's a good mag to know what food/dishes we can make locally at alam yung nutritional info ng dish.

Hint buy back issues, 35-50 lang :D
