There are those who made a choice to switch to a more healthy diet regimen and made it their everyday habit, and there are some who are just starting off and struggling with it. Either case, one this is still at the back of our heads....
"Evil Food"...
What food do you like to "cheat" on or craving for? Food(s) that are really hard for you to resist but you have to?
Second question, what "evil" food that you used to love but have given up without much remorse and you don't even want to see them in front of you, now that you're dieting correctly?
I'll start off then:
Food I crave for and cheat:
- Instant noodles that are dried (Yakisoba, Pansit Canton) - Chips Ahoy Chewy - Sisig
Food that I used to love but I haven't touched for months.
- Chicharon - White Rice and White Bread - Fried Chicken (Chicken Joy) - Jolibee in general
I don't like sweets that much, so dessert items don't tempt me one bit.
Food I crave for and cheat: - pastries such as cheesecakes, brownies, donuts - fastfood burgers with lots of mayo
Food that I used to love but I haven't touched for months. - sizzling sisig, papaitan, bopis - chocolate bars and candies - halo-halo, ice cream, and milk shakes

Gosh, I almost crave for anything. But rather than totally avoid it, which has been studied to only create even more craving, I simply eat it on a lesser scale. For instance, I like ice cream. So instead of eating one cup of it, I simply eat one spoon, and that's it. Just to satisfy that craving.
