One thing I don't like with most MRP bars is that they contain a lot of sugar... Anyway, getting back to your question... Usually you'll see sa label kunwari:

Serving Size: 200g
Carbohydrate: 80g
Protein: 20g
Fat: 2g

Nasan yung natitirang 98grams? Usually sa simple sugars. Which is not good...

Depende sa brand I guess, I haven't tried a lot of em for years but most of them taste like oversweetened paper with fruits hehe... Not worth the price IMO...

except for Nitrotech Smores... hindi masarap yun karamihan, too much sugar... usually it is too sweet na ayaw mo ng kainin... hindi pa parang chocolate yun lasa... puro caramel na hindi mo maintindihan... usually kasi nagiiba yun lasa dahil galing US pa yun, eh diba 30 days sa sea yan, kaya ayun nagmelt tapos pinatigas na lang ulit... kaya nga bihira dito yun mga MRP bars eh...

Nitrotech Smores is just the same.. except for taste, it's pretty much the best tasting out there...

Nutrition Facts:
Serving Size (bar): 1
Servings Per: 1
Calories: 290
Fat Calories: 60
Total Fat (g): 7
Sat. Fat (g): 4
Cholesterol (mg): 5
Sodium (mg): 160
Potassium (mg): 140
Total Carbs (g): 7
Dietary Fiber (g): 3
Sugars (g): 4
Proteins (g): 35

If you do the math...

1 fat gram = 9 calories
1 gram carb/protein = 1 calorie

So NTSmores has 180calories of fat, 35grams of protein and 7calories of carb that's a total of 68 calories from hidden and listed sugars. You're better off eating a quarter pounder or something.

Sir, a little correction on the carb & protien.

1 gram carb = 4 calorie

1 gram protein = 4 calorie
