wake up in the morning about 10:30 am kase tanghali pasok ko.. so lunch ako mga 11:30 with 1 - 1 1/2 cup of rice (tuna, chicken, pork)  tapos pasok sa work.. 7:00 pm uwe ako tapos kain dinner 1  - 1 1/2 cup of rice (kung ano man ang ulam) tapos work out mga 8:30 pm til 10:30 pm ... everyday yung meal ko ganon .. pero workout ko sunday, monday, wednesday,thursday bakal ang hawak ko tapos saturday cardio...
