gusto ko po sanang sumubok ng mga drinks like megamass2000 ok po ba ito? or ano po bang maipapayo nyo na mura at effective at safe na inumin pra makatulong sa paglaki ng katawan?
welcome! congrats on the 9kg bulk. wag ka na po mag megamass sayang lang pera. continue eating solid (clean) foods. whey can help din after a workout. van_wilder sells them @ a more competitive price.
ano program mo, BFL? a program should be tailored to your bodytype, age, & sex. remember that not all programs on the internet can be applied for every person. try to pick-up a "split" program, tweak it so that the exercises change every 4 weeks or so. after a hard 12week workout, take 2weeks time off before starting another one.

yung sa program ko po bale lumalabas na pang whole body yung program ko for 3 months na so gusto ko po sanang magshift ng ibang program ngayun po 26yrs old ako male 56 kls 5'9" at target ko lumaki katawan.

ahehehe sige sir thanks lalaki braso nyo kakainggit hehehe. malakas lang ako kumain sir sa umaga bago pasok 4 white eggs, 1 glass alaska milk, kanin and ulam, lunch-kanin/ulam, merienda (4pm) oatmeal na maraming gatas (alaska), then sa dinner-kanin/ulam at 1 glass alaska milk ulit. ok lang ba tong mga pinagkakakain ko? kaya gusto ko rin sumubok ng whey para atleast makatulong sa pagdevelop ng katawan ko.
