No fruits for fat loss?


according to http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/13weekstohardcorefatburningdiet.php and other body building websites, fruits (fructose) have little to no role in fat burning.


My primary goal is fat loss without losing muscle or adding some.


I lift superset weights and run 3kms alternate days.


When in the day would it be alright for me to eat fruit?

It's insulin control mostly, so best to keep any form of sugar away as the day ends.
