Vegetarian body builder?


Is it possible to body build with a diet of mostly fruits and vegetables?

yep. yun nga lang, a vegetarian's protein source is limited.

Yes but it's hard since veggie protien isn't as complete nor the quality is as high as whey or red meat.

To fulfill the caloric surplus needed for muscle gain will entail you to eat like a cattle in terms of quantity.

Fruits play very little part in muscle building since it's mainly water and fructose (sugars).

milk protein po ang whey. afaik, whey came from sweet whey.
