I am bloated and really really bloated i also fart every now and then... when i drink milk i got more bloated... i am not sure if i am lactose intolerant because i dont experience the symptoms if i drink milk regularly. when i stop drinking milk for some time and then i drink again, i had gases coming out of my butt and i had to go to cr for some bowel movement...
i know that the gas that comes out of me is composed of nitrogen that may come from the protein that i take in...
i do some research and found out that i may have some problem in digestion...do i need to take digestive enzymes supplements?
It's quite common actually when people finally try to have a good diet plan, the higher consumption of protein usually results to more gas.
I strongly suggest to simply taper your intake for now, go slow, take less protein and fibrous food, and allow 2-4 weeks for your body to get used to the new diet and you'll be fine after wards.
