HIT/HD by Mike Mentzer

Hey guys, has anyone tried the Heavy Duty Training Principles of our good friend Mike Mentzer? If so, was it effective in developing mass and strength? Your shared inputs will be much appreciated. Thanks.

I think Karding tried it and didn't work out for him.

It's quite old actually, but medyo madaming maling endorsements from pros yung principle, the magazines make it sound like it's an easier system but it actually is very hard to make it work unless medyo advanced ka na... but wouldn't hurt to try though...

Check out Highintensity.net guys. It's all about Heavy Duty Training by the late Mike Mentzer. You can also check out www.mikementzer.com. I hope this opens a new door for all those seeking new information regarding the science of bodybuilding.

Mike is great but his workout principle isnt that great. He just made the HD training to make money. His work out is just the same as ours (3 sets 12, 10, 8 and a very heavy 1 rep).
