First of all divide your meals into 6 and you should be in creatine maintainance day (6-14) upon starting this program.
Also, upon starting this program, don't drink soda, alcohol, and drinks high in acid
This program works, hence watever your body type is. it may be difficult for most people, but still healthy, its all about eating right and pure. :)

Meal 1(9:00am) take in 1 multi-vitamin (any brand) as long as it has vit c 1 Heap Tablespoon of creatine monohydrate(approx 5g) with a sprinkle of green tea leaves (5mg) and a sprinkle of grounded (not the powderized form)cofee (5mg) 1 glass of protein shake (vanilla flavor the best)
Meal 2(12:00pm) 1 serving of any beef dish (beef only or the meat part of pork only, no veggies) and 2 tablespoons of rice (take only upto 5) 1 glass of protein shake (vanilla flavor the best)
Meal 3(3:00pm) 1 Heap Tablespoon of creatine monohydrate(approx 5g) with a sprinkle of green tea leaves (5mg) and a sprinkle of grounded (not the powderized form) cofee (5mg) 1 glass of protein shake (vanilla flavor the best)

(Before And after) Age:19 Gender:Male Blood pressure: 120-130/80 Waistline: 29inches down to 27inches Arms: 14inches to 15 inches Chest(arms included):46inches to 51inches Back: 19inches to 22inches Wrist: 6inches i didnt care much for lower body before,, hehe Work Program: (3 5set exercises, 2 failure sets ; 15reps each set) (with abs & lower back exercises in between sets, i never do cardio) Monday - Biceps Tuesday - Chest Wednesday - Triceps Thursday - Back Friday - shoulder Saturday - Legs (symetry's sake, hehe) Sunday - All Possible Abs & Lower back Exercise i could think of. :)

ya, but m back to 29 becoz of my girl, now i go to the gym again.. so far im slimming down again. my height then was 5'6 1/2' - 5'7 now 5'7 - 5'7 1/2 some times 5'8 =)
