should I consider glutamine?


is whey protein enough or kailangan kong iconsider ang glutamine? I know that glutamine is very essential for recovery and production of anabolic hormones pero may nabasa ako na study that concludes that whey is enough since it has enough aminos which are glutamine precursors and the body can make its own glutamine thru these aminos. saka mas mahal ang glutamine compared to whey, siguro because sa process ng paghihiwalay ng glutamine sa mga nakabond dito.

No need. Yung ibang whey may glutamine na. tingnan mo yung brand na gamit mo kung meron

sure kuya.

i've been supplementing with glutamine for abt. a year now. so far i have'nt been sick (knock on wood).. di pa ko nagkaroon nang trangkaso, kahit yung buong dept namin nagkasakit flu, fever, etc. (meron pa nga na-typhoid.)

less DOMS, dati more that 48hrs ang DOMS ko,.. ngayon 24hrs @ 36hrs wala na. even if it's my comeback day at the Gym.

no need...

optimum whey + food is more than enough...

more than 9g of glutamine would be useless especially to nitric oxide users... more than 9g would kill the nitric oxide (pump) effect...

malapit nang maubos ung glutamine ko ngayon... i am thinking kung bibili ako ulit ng gluta o hindi.. siguro ipambibili ko na lang ng whey...
