is whey protein enough or kailangan kong iconsider ang glutamine? I know that glutamine is very essential for recovery and production of anabolic hormones pero may nabasa ako na study that concludes that whey is enough since it has enough aminos which are glutamine precursors and the body can make its own glutamine thru these aminos. saka mas mahal ang glutamine compared to whey, siguro because sa process ng paghihiwalay ng glutamine sa mga nakabond dito.
i've been supplementing with glutamine for abt. a year now. so far i have'nt been sick (knock on wood).. di pa ko nagkaroon nang trangkaso, kahit yung buong dept namin nagkasakit flu, fever, etc. (meron pa nga na-typhoid.)
less DOMS, dati more that 48hrs ang DOMS ko,.. ngayon 24hrs @ 36hrs wala na. even if it's my comeback day at the Gym.
