BEGINNER's Program (Help)


i'm new here and i'm starting to workout. day 2 ko pa lng this morning and i also take supplements and amino acid tablets.

nabasa ko ung isang thread na importante pala hindi lng upperbody ang i'train. so bago masayang ung pera ko sa supplements .. i'd like to ask for a good whole body program pra ma'achieve ko ung mgandang pangangatawan. :P

 so ngayon sa bahay lng ako nagbubuhat. nkakahiya kasi magpunta dun sa pinaggygyman ng mga tropa ko. anlalaki na kasi ng mga upperbody. at pansin ko dun, puro upperbody lng winoworkout nila. 

so now i'd like to heed some suggestion in this good forum some basic program and diet. i only weigh around 52kgs lng kasi eh.. and i dont want to grow ng palapad lng. 20 years old ako. and i still want to grow further. XD

(saka nga pala, gusto ko ung program na madedevelop pati ung growth, meron ba nun? may nasabi si boss "theveed" about growth secretion eh :P.)

about growth secretion eh :P.) regarding this growth secretion, this means releasing of natural growth hormone. When you do squat and deadlift, it releases a natural growth hormone that will increases your muscle size.
