i've used that universal creatine too. i can say it works best for atleast 2 weeks. after that parang ang dali mag adjust ng katawan mo sa creatine nya. meaning di ko na pansin yung effect after 2 weeks of continues use. nawala na yung explosive workout saka prolonged energy. pero da best sya for cutting in my opinion kasi pansin ko bloated ka lang for 1 week then after that parang wala na syang water retention. pure observation lang yan.
if you want pure creatine, i would suggest you go for prolab creatine. kung creatine with delivery you can go with V12 turbo. kung may budget ka naman go with celltech...oopsss baka matira ako dito ah hehe. anyway, mura lang yung celltech dependi na lang sa usage mo. ako kasi 1 tbsp lang ginagamit ko before workout(in addtion to 1 capsule of amino 6000) then 1 tbsp ulit after workout (in addition to whey). di ko ginagamit yung scoop nya. just imagine 2 tbsp for a day on 2lbs celltech? ang tagal di ba.

Its still best to cycle creatine. Para hindi ma immune yung katawan natin na pinapasukan ng marami nito. Because we already get creatine from our food (especially beef).
i am not sure kung its good to take creatine with protein shake... maybe yes... i suggest take creatine as it is tapos panulak mo na lang yong protein shake...

Pwedeng pwede. Pag hinalo mo yung creatine sa protien naka suspend yung mga granules nya sa water kasi malapot ang protien. Unlike sa water lang, lahat ng granules ng creatine nasa ibaba.
