we suggest going through a real solid diet plan before you start taking shortcuts since you'll never learn how to maintain whatever gain/loss you've made.
i agree, go with the plain diet first (plus multi vit) then listen to your body. i'm sure you'll get signal if your body needs more from whatever you are taking. typically mararamdaman mo yan during workouts. for example before within an hour of workout kayang kaya mo pa and energized ka parin. pero sooner once you hit heavier weights and your body start to minimize gains then you may want to consider some supplements

NOthing against drinking man but the recommended bottles of beer is 2 bottles a day. Take liveraide to protect your liver. We are already killing ourselves with suppliments.

At the back of the label there are suggested dose for your intake dude. If you really think you need the suppliment go ahead and buy it, but if I were you I'd rather spend my cash on some other suppliment that are tried and true like creatine, androstenediol & Tribulus. Dont forget the protien shakes too!!! hehehehe!
