parang ganun nga yun itsura ng body ko ngayon medyo johnny bravo. buti na lang medyo malaman yun thighs ko but my calves wala tlga kung meron man sobrang liit. but i was wondering bkt hindi lumalaki yun calves ko kahit winiworkout ko sya since feb. i dont see results.
calves require massive punishment to grow, just imagine how much work your calves go though in your daily routine of walking, running, jumping and they NEVER seem to get sore...
so imagine how much more work you need to make them grow...
lots and lots of sets with full stretch and contraction...
im planning to do calf raises everyday para ma trigger lang yun calves but hindi extensive workout na may weights. just the simple calf raises maybe i can help me speed up my lower ex.

Do heavy calves at least 2 times a week. Doing calf exercise everyday wont help it grow. Remember, muscles need rest to grow and your calf is a muscle.
Try adding donkey calf raises, Standing smith machine calf raises & seated calf raises. Lift heavy with total control. at the end of your calf workout do 25 reps X 5 sets of standing calf raises using your body weight (30 seconds interval only).
Always remember that some muscles are stubborn and they wont grow even you try hard training them.

Subukan mo mag db one legged standing calf raises. OK sya lalo na pag di pantay calves mo.., just add an extra set or two to your lagging calf.
