supplement question


what would be the best to combine with xenadrine to get leaner. i want to lose weight and most of my unwanted fat, spcifically the fat in my tummy area. would whey protien be a good choice? i dont want to gain weight na ( im currently at 154lbs and would like to maintain this weight if not go lower) and wont taking whey protien make me gain weight? what do you think would be the result if i take it with xendarine (hydroxycut doesnt work that well for me i think)?


your input would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

take whey protein as an MRP not as a supplement after workout. just add bananas and fruits...

creatine would make you store more water and nutrients, not a good thing when you want to get leaner. whey protein would be good if taken as a meal replacement, just add oats, fruits... cardio is the most important and crucial part here. if you want to get leaner do more cardio than ever.

dont forget your vitamins and calcium since your gonna trim down your food intake.

couldn't think of any supplements to go with xenadrine.. best to combine it with cardio. take it as a preworkout supplement, and stick with the dosage. just keep in mind that spot reduction doesn't work.

whey, when taken appropriately (like van wilder stated) will still help you get leaner. most whey proteins have low carb and fat content. you'll surely benefit from it if taken as an MRP.

if you don't want to lose a bit of your muscles while trying to lose fat, try taking glutamine. but i haven't tried stacking glutamine and xenadrine as a pre- workout supplement.

thanks guys! so whey protein wont make me big or up my weight? i know muscle is heavier than fat (tama diba?) but im only around 5'6" or 5'7" so if i get bigger, i wont look that good ata.

the thing here is, you cant be RIPPED if there is no muscles behind the fat. its impossible magkaroon ng cuts kung walang muscles in the first place. whey protein helps you to build muscles, BUT if sobra intake mo, just like any protein, tataba ka... dont worry you wont get bigger basta maintain a good diet and do lots of cardio...

is it ok to drink whey and creatine at the same time. im using it bothas a post workout supplement. i don't mix crea with water what i do is i scoop 5g powder then directly putting in my tongue and i use the protein shake as "panulak". by the way im in my loading phase right now im on day 6. any i got to say this wala pala lasa yun creatine.

while taking supplements bawal mag tea, coffee, and softdrinks for the whole cycle right?

not necessarily... pwede naman pero watch your caffeine intake... especially if you are taking fat burners
