Well............................ when you exercise, you lower your fat. So, the less fat you have the lesser the viscosity of your blood thus pumping of the blood going to your penis is faster making it stand up more often. And you know what to do with your dick standing up? You stick it in the GLORY HOLE!
And another is, you're more active and you have more stamina and the production or testosterone is higher when you have exercise.
maybe this has something to do with increased testosterone production..
yep, napapansin ko rin to.. but marami factors din aside from bodybuilding like decreased alcohol consumption, consiousness on sleep, desire to get every vitamin/mineral, etc.
Since napunta na din dito ang topic,is sex good for a bodybuilder?Hindi ba nasasayang ang supplements na ginagamit when doing it(sex) often?Sounds funny pero wala pa akong naririnig na solid answer sa mga natanungan ko.If it is just ok to do it,how frequent should it be done?

Bakit naman masasayang? As a matter of fact, nakakatulong pa ang workout sa stamina natin. And I do have sex everyday (kung hindi nagrereklamo kapakner or hindi sumusuko) at wala namang epek sa work-out ko. The only exception is on Sundays. I try to practice abstinence dahil legs ako ng Monday...heheehe.
Biruan kasi sa gym namin Karding is,"kaya di ka na lumalaki kasi puro sa sex napupunta".From that time on,it lingered at the back of my mind na sex should be avoided as much as possible kung nagpapabulk ang isang tao.Siguro ang concern ko is not more of the strength bu oft the calories burned,protein(?) used up during sex.
according to men's health magazine, sex 2hours before workout has still an effect since your body hasnt recovered yet. but sex the night before or 10 hours before does not have any negative effects since nakarecover na katawan mo...
