Since ephedra is now unbanned, I would just like to have a little discussion on the subject.
I am thinking of taking ECA for fat-loss. Ive been working out since the beginning of the year and although I have seen improvements in my strength and balance (during basketball) and a little increase in muscles, I am still not satisfied with the way my beer belly is improving. I believe I only lost less than an inch for the period despite working-out 3-4x a week with cardio, basketball 2-3x a week, good diet and banning alcohol completely. (Anyway, I got this beer belly last year when I suffered a severe ankle injury and out of frustration and the inability to play for a couple of weeks, I went out and boozing almost every night)
I do not have any problems with energy and intensity. I just want to get rid of this beer belly quickly. Would you guyz recommend taking ECA? As soon as I'll start losing ab fats (ab fats seem to be noticeable when losing fats although I do not believe also in spot reducing), I'll discontinue this.
Spot reducing: IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY... you lose fat all around the body and the only real way to do that PERMANENTLY is to eat right and do cardio.
Fat loss supplements accelerates the process BUT will not help you maintain the fat loss, as soon as you stop, you're going to get fat again quite easily.
If you don't do it right the first time (diet and exercise), shortcuts will just make your results expensive and un-maintainable.
If you have a fat wallet, then maybe that's another story, but there's no getting around it.

In the end, it's your choice, if you can balance the use of a thermogenic along with a good diet and exercise regimen (sounds kinda cliche doesn't it), you'll get results. But in the end, what you eat dictates what your body will look like.
You will NOT lose the gut fat (only). That I can guarantee you.
