Just curious,what would be better as a protein supplement,ON whey or ON Pro-complex(meal replacement).One is 100%whey with 23 grams of protein per scoop,while the other is a mixture of different components with 55%(?)protein per scoop.
In terms of quality, mas maganda ang Pro-Complex, mas mahal kasi Isolates, highest quality.
Pero regarding the protein content, don't be fooled, PC's per serving quantity is almost double of 100% Whey. Meaning, if you compare how many servings a 2lb PC gives vs 2lbs of 100% Whey, you'll see that PC uses more grams/serving.
