i hate training biceps. i hate curling movements. but i want bigger biceps though. how can i grow my biceps to be bigger? or maybe how can i psych myself to love doing biceps exercises? any tips? :)

Exercise your biceps, they help a lot in doing back exercise. You cant train heavy during back days when you have weak biceps man. Sacrifice a little. No pain, no gain.
