payat naman kasi talaga ako nung bata ako eh.  swimmer nung highschool.


pero last christmas umabot ng 15% ung BF ko, lolz.  buti bumaba sa 10% kelangan ko pa actually magpataba....... hmm................ parang gusto kong bumalik sa 15%....

nagpapabigat pa ako eh kaya talagang tataas pa yung expected bodyfat ko.


di pa kita abs ko. i'm still working on it.  ilang % ba ng bf dapat para maging visible ang abs?? lapit na summer XD

Jadrobe: I honestly doubt the 4% dude, super ripped pros during shows still carries more than 5%, you won't live with 4%. In addition, ectos usually carry a higher BF% than meso since you don't have much muscle to begin with.

Schezo: Usually, at around 8-10% depending on your body type, but usually 10% if you have ab mass.

yung 4% na yun, caliper pa tlga yung ginamit...it was during our PE101 - our academic, sit down, classroom style lesson on physical education...pati yung mga pinches sa upper pecs, abs at sa thighs ginawa and it calculated to that..yes...ganon ako kapayat at sobrang bilis tlga ng metabolism ko...well until now pa rin naman...

since then i worked out na and i got the 7% from the calculators that has been provided by this thread...wla pa kong alam nun sa BF% kaya malay ko na unhealthy pala yun...

well, it's okay to doubt...who knows kung gaano rin naman tlga ka-accurate yung caliper and the technology thing that computes etc...

well...having 7% BF is great...though i have all the cuts but lack thickness and of course, mass.

summer na!!! try ko mag-everyday workout or 2x a day...sana kayanin ng katawan ko bago ko maghanap ng trabaho!!! malapit na 'ko maging "officially UNemployed!"

buhat muna ko...yun ang "vacation" that i'm very much waiting for since january...hayyy sarap magbuhat nyan for sure...BOMBA!

Jadrobe: Using calipers is quite a skilled technique din kasi, I have yet to meet or read about a healthy person living a daily sub 5% that isn't malnourished or sick. It's not possible.

The lighter frame you are, the % of BF should be higher since you dont have a lot of muscle mass, bone mass to begin with.

Elite athletes still hovers near the 5-8% BF range...
