welcome henry! wag ka mahihiya magpost, at mag start nang thread tsong.
scouting for a gym is a bit tricky. here's a few things to consider(in any order) that might help:
a. location - kung saan convinient sa schedule mo ang pagpunta. b. number of members - gives a figure kung tatagal ang gym @ baka bigla magsara c. ratio of equipment with current members - konti equipments @ baka pumila ka lang to get your turn. d. trained staff - meron bang nutritionist? competent gym instructors that will help you with your goals e. the gym members - madami bang gym rats? f. price - magkano? **,***.**?! amahal naman. hehehe g. time - anong oras sila open for business? meron ako nakita sa tv na gym dyan sa pinas na open 24hrs. hanep! h. quality of equipments - baka naman ma-tetano ka sa sobrang kalawang. hehehe. ok lang konting kalawang wag lang sobra. i. amenities & ambiance - free tubig, an optional locker, bathroom, atmosphere, etc.
HTH!
