a question on target training


hello there advanced / hardcore members! paano ba mag target training? let's say one body part is lagging.

ganito ba yun?

day1 - AM biceps; PM chest, biceps, triceps
day2 -rest
day3 - AM biceps; PM back, shoulders, traps
day4 -rest
day5- AM biceps; PM legs, abs
day6 -rest
day7 cycle again

gaano katagal ang cycle nang target training?

actually yan yung program ko eh...palagi may biceps kasi lagging part eh....pero ikaw ATA nag-recommend na once a week lang (?) para mas "maximized" yung benefits/gains...

pero kasi ako, bombang mabigat lang na 1 exercise 4 sets - 10,8,6,4 every training day...

Maoovertrain ang biceps mo since it's a very small muscle. Go heavy in one go, hit all angles, let it rest for 4-5 days before hitting it again.

all Muscles need rest. Train them hard to have bigger gains. Suppliments and rest helps growth. 2X a week is enough.
