actually yan yung program ko eh...palagi may biceps kasi lagging part eh....pero ikaw ATA nag-recommend na once a week lang (?) para mas "maximized" yung benefits/gains...
pero kasi ako, bombang mabigat lang na 1 exercise 4 sets - 10,8,6,4 every training day...

Maoovertrain ang biceps mo since it's a very small muscle. Go heavy in one go, hit all angles, let it rest for 4-5 days before hitting it again.
