Enervon HP/Sustagen are aweful POW hehe they're fattening agents more than nutritious ones...
So far I'm doing ok with eggs, chix, tuna, oats and milk... Piling it up hehe... Trying to work my way up to 3K right now, then 3500, then 4K, then 4500 hopefully by march or so.
theveed: pa'no yung PWO shake mo without whey? ilang egg whites? tsaka anong high GI carb ang combo mo(gatorade)? ksi naubos na din ang whey ko. and one more thing, do you still eat a balanced meal an hour after taking your non-whey PWO?

My PWO shake is horrible hehe... 9 egg whites (boiled), 30g dextrose, 1 banana, 3pcs white bread and some chocolates (smarties, may malto sya, but negligible hehe)
I have no clue how POW meal should be without supps :P
I always eat an hour after workout, usually brown rice with chicken/beef or a KFC salad :P

Taste? Not bad naman, but you wouldn't want to quote me on that hehe, my taste buds are not "calibrated" hehehehe...
I might start cutting after March, I don't want to reach 20% BF since it's hard for me to shed fat... Wanna see nadin what's underneath my winter blubber :D
