Guys. yung mega mass ba wala talaga siyang kasamang scoop? and pano ba ang servings nya? im 5'9 137lbs. effective ba talaga siya to gain weight and muscles, nag take ako kagabi 30mins after work out. kaso nahilo ako at nagtae kanina hehe, napadami ata pag scoop ko. TIA!
