guys nagttake ako mega mass 4000 ngayon. ang bilis naubos ng 3 pounds sakin! 2 weeks lang! 8 workouts, 16 servings. before and after workout kasi. kumuha na ako kay van wilder ng 9.85 pounds. any suggestions on how i can save up sa supplements with the same results? halo ng milk etc?

There's no such thing as "di gumagana" when you talk about whey. Whey is a PROTEIN supplement, it's not an anabolic, it's not a recuperative drug, etc. It's supposed to SUPPLEMENT any protein deficiencies you have in your diet. Just like what a weight gainer does, it supplements your meal to reach higher caloric intake within a day. Weight gainers contains mostly the following main ingredients:
Sugar Whey Malto (for carbs) Fat
That's all there is to it.
It's not a matter of how many times you take whey, it's how much protein you're supposed to take for the day. If you need 150g of protein a day, and you're only eating 50grams from regular food, one serving of whatever whey supplement (roughly 20-30g of protein per serving) certainly won't do much at all.
Same thing with weight gainers, if you need 3000 calories for your bulk phase, and you only drink one shake a day (let's say 2000 cal shake), and you eat nothing else, IT WILL DO NOTHING as well.
You must understand what you're buying before actually buying it.

well, if your current diet + megamass doesn't fill your protein need, then yes, add it in, if your protein amount is already sufficient sa diet + megamass, wag na.

If you got that comment from a forum,it's probably propaganda.If it's a mass builder supplement,most likely a drink with high caloric content.I don't think Joe Weider will sacrifice his name on a product bearing his name on it.
Since that it the case,then it is better to buy that "brand"from an official retailer,but problem is wala dito sa atin.Why not try another brand?Designer is good.
i'm trying Impact whey as of the moment. May positive effect naman kahit papano. speaking of designer whey, sure ba na wala ding counterfeit yun? i mean, meron ba ditong official retailer nun?
