RE: After a long layoff...

Thanks...

I do 1-2 sets of high rep pump warmups before a set, then 2-3 sets of fascia stretching after my working sets....

Well, SCT didnt work for me.

The layoff period didnt work either. Instead na lumakas ako, humina na naman ako. I lost an average of 10-15lbs less than I can lift before.

BAD TRIP!

Back to Max-OT, kailangan habulin ko before April 2nd when my wife and I heads to Hawaii.

theveed, ganda ng hams mo ah!

thanks!

I was driving home kahapon when I just realized na Quadriceps nga pala yung harap. Speaking of which, first routine ko last tuesday was Legs. Two days after, hirap pa din ako umakyat ng stairs.

After a long layoff, I usually do a week of streching and cardio. It prepares my body for brutal workout ahead plus it lessen the stiffness of the muscles and joint after the workout.
In addition it also lessen the posibility of injury specially on your weak body parts. Just speaking through my own experience.
