I was driving home kahapon when I just realized na Quadriceps nga pala yung harap. Speaking of which, first routine ko last tuesday was Legs. Two days after, hirap pa din ako umakyat ng stairs.
After a long layoff, I usually do a week of streching and cardio. It prepares my body for brutal workout ahead plus it lessen the stiffness of the muscles and joint after the workout. In addition it also lessen the posibility of injury specially on your weak body parts. Just speaking through my own experience.
