i have a home made gym now.

recently, i'm thinking of either joining a gym, or buying more plates. pero am sure to check out the gyms dyan sa pinas pag-uwi ko. so to answer you question 6 lang ang gyms na napuntahan ko on and off.

highschool = 1 in novaliches, 1 in camp crame

I wanna try Myke's gym sa may Marikina - Tuazon area... mukang ok and medyong weight-lifting oriented, unlike FF. Too bad di sya as accessible for me sa umaga... Mura pa monthly.

Theres no problem with "bulok equipments" as long that there's a good instructor. Agree?!

AGREE!

Fancy equipment is not required, dedication and hard work (along with safe equipment) is all that's needed.

yah agree pero honestly, i get really more confused when i ask my instructor on certain types of exercises...

just like let's say, on incline db curls for biceps....sabi nya for the INNER BICEPS daw yun...eh ang alam ko (from what i learned from many people like forums), this exercise develops the upper biceps which can be located at the tip of the shoulder delts...

tama ba?

I started nung 1989. My dad bought an all-in-one gym due to my kakulitan. I was 15 then, 4th year high school.

Then sometime 1997 I went to this small time gym near our house.

I enrolled in a real fitness center nung 1999. Sa Makati beside Coronado. Power Flex nga ba yon. Tapos it closed down.

Then sa Fitness International nung 2001 up to last January. Nagsara din.

Now, since this March lang, Gold's Express sa Makati Stock Exchange. Magsasara din kaya ito?

technically, there are only 2 parts sa bicep, inner and outer, walang upper or lower...

Never been to them fancy gyms here. I've worked out first at a hardcore gym over at Rizal Memorial way back 1989-1990, then I had some equipment here at home. Now I do my workout at home, and never bothered going to those fancy gyms.
