Same lang naman DB at BB in terms of exercises:

Chest: Flys and Presses

Shoulders: Presses, Laterals

Legs: Squats, Curls

Arms: Usual exercises like curls and extensions

Thanks.

You'll need someone to hand you the DB for this one (obviously)

Lie face down on a flat bench, bend your knees and hold the dumbbell between your 2 soles of your feet. You don't need a lot of weight here. Then curl slowly focusing on negatives. This is even harder than regular curls since you have to focus on keeping the weight in between your feet as well, forcing your calves to be flexed all throughout and your glutes tight throughout the movement.

Even if I'd be only using dumbbells, is there a possibility of gaining mass, as in getting huge. I don't have access to a gym nowadays since we've relocated.

Pero don't concentrate too much on weight pag DB, it takes a lot more control to lift DBs than bars so chances of injury is higher.

Proper nutrition, diet, & rest will help you glow. And adding prohormones will also help.

Try to add Andriol (6 tabs a day) to gain mass quicker (do the cycle in 6 weeks - nothing more).

Dbs are great for isolation exercises.. giving you more of that "mind-to-muscle connection."

So, for gaining mass - yes. But getting huge - dont think so. like Theveed said, you will have to limit the amount of weight you lift just to avoid injuries. And a big part of getting huge is to periodically lift heavy.

eg. when doing squats, the weight is distributed evenly to the center of the Bar which rests on your traps/back. if you use DBs for this exercise, the weight will be distributed on each arm, therefore giving more pressure on your shoulders and arms.

but good thing about DBs is, you can develop your sense of balance which uses other body parts besides the target. so you'll be working out your other body parts lightly at the same time.
