ah so pwde pala pagsabayin...sabi kasi ni mr. van wilder d daw effective pag sabay kasi mas mauuna daw absorb yung whey kesa sa creatine eh ang philosophy daw kaya dapat mauna crea para nutrient retention so pag pasok ng whey, matagal daw sa katawan kahit gaano kabilis absorb...is this correct philosophy?"
AFAIK: yes you got that right.
Sorry Pao, but that's silly. Creatine is INSTANTLY absorbed by the bloodstream and breaks down the moment it mixes with any water source. Hence the preference of creatine being ingested as pure as possible (also the reason why creatine serums are a bunch of bull) since broken down creatine results to creatinine, which is almost useless for our muscles.
No matter how you view it, protein will still take time to break down and will ALWAYS take longer than creatine to get absorbed. Creatine enters the bloodstream quite rapidly, protein still needs to be broken down into aminos by the liver to be absorbed by the muscle. In addition, protein requires insulin (glycogen) to transport it to the bloodstream, creatine does not.
Once something is absorbed, it's absorbed. Unless the structure of the protein (or whatever it is) is complex, it'll be broken down and absorbed rather quickly REGARDLESS of what you take beforehand or after that protein. In other words, even if you mix both whey protein and casein protein together in one shaker bottle, the casein protein will take longer to break down than whey due to its molecular structure, it could care less if whey got into the system first or it (casein) din.

so hmm...you mean, as post workout, creatine muna and then 30-45 mins after whey na?"
that's the tricky part - supplement timing. i'm not on creatine right now so i can't tell first hand. but i've read on other boards that they scoop out creatine monohydrate, stuff it in, and drink their PWO shake. as for the timing, just do it well within the window of opportunity. check out theveed's post about it, and the creatine articles.
you have to eat to get big. subukan mong isama madaming egg whites, and peanut butter sa diet mo. lagi kang magtabi nang can of tuna, para pag nagutom ka un ang kainin mo.

i just tried ZMA last night. hinabol ko ung 20% discount ko sa GNC, tapos i bought their remaining l-glutamine powder Pero anlakas talaga managa nang GNC
may nakita din ako sa GNC dito na ZMA stack with tribulus. just forgot the name.
i suggest you try ZMA lang muna, ksi that's the only way you can really be sure if it works for your body.

theveed: akala ko kasi malilito yun body kasi mahirapan ma-absorb dahil sabay... pero oo nga tama kasi nitrotech whey protein plus creatine... my bad...
Di "malilito" ang body, it's smarter than we can comprehend hehe. It'll use what it can use, it'll dispose what it doesn't need.
OT: Not sure bud, it has been a chaotic month for me, car troubles, home appliance repairs, paid off my CC bill in full (40K! hehe), short talaga ako for now... Sabihan kita... Having such a hard time getting protein into my diet right now hehe.
