Season's Greetings to ALL!!!


a time for fruit cakes, hams, keso de bola, fruit salads, bibingka, puto bumbong , etc. etc.

filipinos are happy eaters talaga.

pero, it's also a time for reflection, forgiveness, and thoughtfullness.

so...

will you cheat on your diet? kaya mo bang sabihin sa kamag-anak na, "i'll pass muna ksi i'm on a diet." mahaba-habang cheat season to.. or will you say na rest / loading season muna? hehehe

mahirap nga eh, lalo na kung naamoy mo na yun beer pati yun mga pagkain... dapat hindi ako magwoworkout, pero napilitan ako kasi ang kulit ng kaibigan ko, ayun kung saan-saan kami nagwoworkout... pero mahirap sabihin na "pass muna, im on a diet" kasi parang nakakahiya at baka ma-insulto yun nag-ooffer... at saka bakit natin tatanggihan ang grasya? hehehehe kaso paghindi tayo tumanggi sa grasya, tayo naman ang madidisgrasya...

MERRY XMAS SA INYONG LAHAT MGA KAPATID!!!!

I'll be in Batangas starting today, last workout ko was Tuesday hehe. Break yesterday since daming hinahabol bago mag out of town... I don't think there's a gym sa pupuntahan namin but we'll be having a lot of activities with the kiddies so masaya din...

Hinay nalang sa pag pig-out... hehe... I'm not going to shy away from a friggin lechon if I see one though hahahaha...

Pero at least nakaempake na whey at oatmeal ko :D

See you guys after xmas (or ny) hehe.

OK, post XMAS Update...

Did I pig out? Yes and no...

No, I didn't eat tons of food. Actually, nagutom pa ako coz my in-laws follow the traditional 3 meals a day scheme. Grabe kung nasanay ka na 6-7 meals a day, gugutumin ka talaga! Good thing I brought my whey, but forgot my oats, doh!

Yes, dang, dahil nga lack of meals, I binged on my favorite polvoron all day hehe. Ate quite a bit of crispy pata as well, no choice, nagutom kasi haha... But had a great time... Babalik din kami dun for new year, this time, baon ko na oats ko.

merry christmas. ako parang nangangayayat ako. parang maskonti ang kain ko since hindi ko masunod yun 6 meals a day.

ako nag-"loading" stage eh...hehehe

buhay baboy...kain...laro (ng pc games, spend time with my gf, net etc) tulog...and the cycle went on for the past 2 weeks! hahahaha!!!

ang arte rin kasi ng gym ko eh....closed this week...kahit gusto ko magbuhat, sarado naman....

wag na kayo magpaputok! hindi na kayo makakabuhat! at lalo na, hindi na pantay katawan nyo kahit wala ka ng isang kamay!

i miss the holidays dyan sa pinas..

noche buena ko eh medium-rare na steak. sabi nung nasa counter eh "sir, may dugo-dugo pa un ah.." sabi ko na lang "bah! kakainin ko un.. kaya nga ako malaki." tapos for dessert, a slice of the forbidden blueberry cheesecake.. yum, sarap talaga nang bawal!

for my medya noche.. ayun nagluto ako nang spaghetti + 2 toasted bread.

Man, this holiday has been a fitness hell for me hehe. (But I had great fun and spent great time with my loved ones, so no regrets here!)

No workout (but I did play golf for 2 days), bad diet (2-3 meals a day, high sugar, high fat, high sodium, typical)...

same here... nangayayat talaga ako... pero at least masaya... next week na ulit ako magwoworkout... excited na ako... hehehe
