yah i've tried that, medyo mahirap kasi nasanay tayo palms facing front...pero sabi sa bb.com, it hits all three delts daw - front, side and rear delts. dunno...nahihirapan ako i-balance yung db sa kamay eh...

What is an Arnold press? The exercise that kingkaboodles mentioned was categorized in the pecs building area according to a mag that I read. Can anyone clarify this? That is,does it target the delts more than the pecs?

Arnold Press is like dumbbell shoulder press but you supinate your hands on the way down.

So instead of the typical DB press wherein your palms are facing forward all throughout the motion, you supinate (turn) your palms facing you on the way down, and turn it forward on your way up.
