I always love doing warmup on the dumbells, So i choose a 50lbs dumbell for the warmup and do 15 - 20 reps. After that I'll grab a  90 lbs dumbell and do 2 sets of 8-10 reps.
And on the incline barbell, i start lightweight 125lbs X 12 reps 205lbs X 10 and for the last set 295lbs X 6-8 reps.

Wala na, routine ko lang sa chest pag mass building are:



  1. Incline DB press

  2. incline BB press

  3. Flat BB bench press

  4. Decline Hammer Strength Seated press

Optional yung Flyes pero light weight lang. 5 sets of 15 reps

pathetic ako pagdating dito, ksi mabigat ako . anyway, in my experience, it does target the whole chest area.., and even more if i lean forward.

if you really want to hit the lower chest only, stick with decline bb / db presses and flys.

Oooh I love dips... back in highschool I used to dip with 50lb dumbbell strapped :D

isn't that awkward u must have strong triceps.


question what workout would bring out the inner chest line?

hirap palabasin yun. Parang sa abs, combination nang mass @ low bf.

anyway, van's right.. flys really hit the inner chest. lalo na if you hold the contraction @ the top.

effective daw yung Guillotine Bench Press, yung bench press na ang tama ng bakal e halos sa leeg mo na. pero dapat ang form e naka dikit ang chin sa dibdib.
