I always love doing warmup on the dumbells, So i choose a 50lbs dumbell for the warmup and do 15 - 20 reps. After that I'll grab a 90 lbs dumbell and do 2 sets of 8-10 reps. And on the incline barbell, i start lightweight 125lbs X 12 reps 205lbs X 10 and for the last set 295lbs X 6-8 reps.
