hi king,
been working out for almost 4months now..
was wondering which bench press suits me best, i want to develop my chest, make it bigger, i want to make mid chest bigger.. im a bit thin..
i do chest on mondays and fri together with triceps..
im 20 yr old
60kg.
5'5

any advice on rep, and sets??
cause i've been doing mutiple set with countless rep until it tires me..
thanks, been reading much on this frum help me alot.

and do you have better training prog, cause ive been mixing it up every week..
last time was
mon- chest tri
tue- rest
wed- shoulder back biceps
thursday - rest
fri - chest tri
sat&sun -rest

hijacked. hehe! to thicken your body, diet is the key.

hi kenji! stick to compound exercises. minimize the number of reps, do not always train to failure. add weighted dips, and dumbbell presses to your program in case you haven't.

my body responds well to an 8 week training / 1 week off program, yours maybe different. listen to your body, give it some time to grow (rest.) the split you chose looks descent,.. the number of exercises maybe questionable since its cramped.
