What is a good excercise plan for people who play badminton?

whole body workout ang kailangan natin dyan.


Lightweight and high reps.


try doing the basic 2days on 1 day off.


Day one: upper body


Chest, shoulders, arms & back


Day two: Lower body


Quads/thighs, Bicep femoris, calves and the Tibialis Anterior (sa madaling salita, LEGS)
