I wake up at 5am and eat, then workout at 615. Generally I found myself having more energy than when I was working out with an empty stomach. But on cardio days, I only only have a cup of whey shake with skim milk.

Ay oo nga pala, I take 2 scoops (around 52 grams of protien) of champion nutrition whey protien 30 mins before working out. and 2 tabs of twinlab's amino 2000

I usually work out at night. Around 730PM. Pero dinner muna ako. Hirap magbuhat on an empty stomach. Sobrang hina ko. That's just me though. :P

Preferred time, I think it depends on your goal. If your goal is to burn more calories then working out early in the morning before breakfast is ideal for you. But if your goal is to gain weight or to build muscle well then the afternoon work will surely be for you. This is according to IRONMAN magazine.

i workout 9-11 am and 6-9 pm... workout/study ng 11-6 tapos check my business ng 9-11pm

me, early evening... i think the key here is consistency


just like basketball.. im used to practicing in the evening.. if i have to play in the morning or early afternoon, i notice din na i have less energy

That's true... My workouts stink if I try it at night hehe, I get the most energy around 10-2pm

if i had a choice, 1 hour after breakfast. i'd bring the thermogenic effect along with me the whole day.


unfortunately i only workout after work except on sat or sunday.

Man, it's been ages since I've felt that "thermogenic" burn... Wish I can workout again..

for me, no matter what time of the day as long as the gym is warm. i feel very energetic when i sweat alot.
