IMHO Yes. It's a great concept. You really work up a sweat with this machine, I tried it before and it really gave me a much better cardio workout than the traditional treadmill, ellipse or bike.
I wish they have it more in gyms. It can be a great tool pre-weightlifting since it can pump blood to your whole body (unlike a treadmill, bike, ellipse etc where only most of your legs get worked out) while providing gradual stretching of muscles.
Do it with high intensity, I can see how it can improve vascularity and tone as well. Do it slow and deliberate, it can be a great stretch machine.
I think construction lang sila magkaiba at materyales kaya mas mura yung isa.... Not sure ha... But I dont think they're mechanically different, just sa design and contruction.
Hirap naman hanapin ng picture nyan. Nahanap ang picture sa phil website pa. Selling for almost 20k php pala.
Hmmm, Im tempted to try this. Meron pa kseng Total Gym 3000 sa bahay pero hindi na nagagamit. Ang problema talaga eh motivation. Kahit available na ang equiptment kapag walang motivation, wala ring wenta.
No offense to the timeworks users but I think its a crap. All those twisting can make the back sore, its also not good for old people who have back and shoulder pains. I d rather stick to the old X-trainer. Low impact and theres no twisting movement.
