Like one time when I was doing heavy DL sa Metro East, yung nasa tabi ko (nasa Smith machine sya), mas malaki frame kesa sakin, mga 5'9 siguro sya, tapos nakasalpak sa rack mga 50kg lang, funny thing is instead of just using 2 25kg plates, naglagay syang 2x10kg + 1x5kg na plate on each side para mukang madami... He worked up to 80kg at panay "ARGHH" "HOOO!!!"... half rep pa ginagawa nya, not breaking parallel.
Natatawa nalang ako hehe... I was doing more than 100kg in deadlifts at that time shz."
In fairness,mabigat talaga ang binubuhat niya.Isa pang nakakatawa is pag binabagsak ang DB na tig 10lbs each lang.Gustong palabasin na mabigat ang binuhat kaya binabagsak.Tapos makikita mo(within seconds) bubuhatin effortlessly para isoli sa rack.DUH.

I've seen that too.Nakakatawa nga tignan.Pero ganyan talaga sa gym kanya-kanyang diskarte.Yung iba nga sumasabay sa pulley habang nagla-lat pulldowns,parang abs exercise din ang dating.
Just yesterday, there's this guy using the chest press machine, mga 30kg nakasalpak, he's lifing like there's no tomorrow as in 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10... 10 reps in like 5 seconds or so, every rep nya "HOO, WHOO, HAA, ARGHH..." hehe...
