How many Grams of protien are you consuming if you really are on a high protien diet.
Because if you ask me Im also in a high protien diet, I consume 28 pcs of egg whites, 2-4 chicken breast & about 4-5 cans of century tuna in water a day. But I make sure I split it into 8-10 small meals. I also wake up in the middle of the night just to drink my protien shake.
So, as i write this i can really say that im in a high protien and low carb diet. Because I only eat carbs on saturday & sunday morning.
And another thing, Diet pills only helps you to burn fat, the real fat burning will come from you and your body and the foods that you're putting in our mouth.
No need for you to take creatine if youre on a diet dude.

Hahahaha! If you have clients like mine, you'll have no problems with that. They are the one who is buying my food intake. To have clients like this all you have to do is to be friendly as possible and listen to them and always put to their mind that they are always right (but in workout, cardio and gym programs- Im the one who is right).
I know you have a autoDetailing, You could ask few of your customers to pay tuna in cans and chickens every week. hehehe!
I don't really know, I don't advocate a low carb (below 50%) diet for athletes actually. Lower carb is good (for most Asians) since the "normal" Asian diet consists of over 70% carb. The concern is more on blood sugar control.
I try to follow more of a 50% carb, 35% protein, 15% fat range, not precise, but carbs are kept in check.
Unless you are eating an insane amount of protein and not drinking enough water, don't worry about it. You're a bit too worried about "eating too much protein", trust me, unless you're ingesting 3-5grams of protein per LBM and NOT exercising and NOT drinking enough water, you're more than fine.
Studies that are against high protein diets are circled on sedentary, overweight individuals that don't move much, those studies do not apply to athletes. If you just follow the RDA of DFA locally, you'll be a skinny, muscle-less weakling for eating 2000 cal a day with 70% carbs...

You can take high protien with low carbs. Its not bad for the kidneys if you consume around 1.5 grm per pound of your body weight.
Theveed is right, drink lots of fluid. And if you can consume 1.5 gallons a day, the better you'll be.
