ako may work out partner pero d ko pa rin alam name nya until now...basta nagkakataon nagkakasabay lang kami magbuhat. he's 39 yrs old na nga daw eh...may alam na rin ako some stuff about his family pero name nya d ko alam...hehehe...labo noh...hahaha!!!
yah masarap pag may workout partner ka...you test your limit kasi...and sure ka may spotter....
To be honest, I wish I have a workout partner, pero he/she has to be at the same page with me in terms of "gym practices"... The fact that di ako "sociable" sa gym isn't making things easier hehe. But workouts are a lot faster with no partner though. Pero when you want to go heavy and failure, you'll yearn for one hehe.

Definitely true,may advantages and disadvantages.Pag may kakilala lalo na group na laging kasabay,may spotter ka nga pero may halong daldalan.While kung solo flight lang mas mabilis workout pero walang spotter.I usually have a spotter(pt sa gym).Kaya may advantage kung may ka vibes kang mga pt(minus the talk kahit papaano).Nakikipagusap lang ako pag tapos na workout.

Naku sir baka masayang ang pagod na pinuhunan natin kapag lumobo tayo in the wrong places. Ngayong June nga sunud-sunod occassions - weddings & bdays. disgrasya kapag ginanahan kumain. pero eto kaya kong tiisin - sweets, cakes, ice cream. kaya kong mabuhay kahit wala ang mga to.

bulking was relatively simple, good food and just eat often... didn't have much problem... Cutting = food reduction + dreaded cardio... i hate both hehe
Yikes! hirap nga talaga dieting & cardio. i also hate that. kaya nga hindi ako talaga pwede sumali sa competition.
