Temp solution lang lipo pre hehe... (I know you're just kidding), your body has a set amount of fat cells, while you get fatter, your cells are actually growing bigger, but not increasing in number.

If you took out the cells through lipo, your brain will gradually restore the SAME number of fat cells into your body so you'll survive. Kaya kung tumaba ka ulit, back to square one. :D

what works for me is a little stretching, then crunches. around 25-30 reps.

Put a barbell sa shoulder ala squats, then keeping the back straight and the legs/hams tight, you bend over slowly at the waist adn back.
