Your weight gains are off the rack! Great job. I hope it's mostly muscle... Usually 1-2lb gain a week is optimal.
Your weight gain is definitely caused by your caloric and protein intake, which is good (I assume you didn't get "fat" that much, right?)
I'm not an ecto so a big jump in caloric intake isn't for me (I get fat rather easily but lose fat easily as well). I'm jumping my whey intake as well starting this week (My ON just ran out boohoo...) I'm getting good gains visually but not through the weighing scale.
About Cell-Tech, I won't bother commenting of this product since I haven't tried it personally. But 75g of dextrose is quite high. The 10g serving is also a bit high. When I tried loading CGT-10 early last week by taking 2 sessions of 10grams (20g of crea a day), it really messed up my stomach. after just 2 days.
I had constant diahhrea-like episodes 2x a day for like 4 days straight. It tapered off after that but it took me a whole week before I started feeling normal again.
If you want to take 10g, go ahead, but split it to 2-3 servings at least 3-4hrs apart with at least 16oz of water per serving.
I might have a more sensitive gut, I don't know, but I believe Paolo (Van_Wilder) experienced stomach problems as well when he first took cell-tech.
It's still best to buy creatine without a lot of transport systems especially dextrose in it since you want to regulate the amount of dextrose used (it should be based on your bodyweight, refer to the window of opportunity article).
Having said that, I still like CGT-10, it tastes great (even in powdered form), has very little sugar (so I can add my own) and has glutamine. Although I'm going to try ON's Pre-Load Creatine next year when I finish my CGT.

I have gatorade powder sa bahay... lasang lemonade naman yun eh... daming sugar... gatorade + creatine + dextrose mixture / celltech = bloated...
never na ulit ako gagamit ng cell-tech... kasi hindi maganda eh, tapos nun nakita ko pa yun nangyari sa friend ko... talagang nanghinayang ako sa pera ko... isipin mo nun nagtanggal siya ng water, naubos lahat ng muscles niya... pure water retention lang, walang muscle fibers masyado... no2 na lang plus creatine na ordinary kaysa celltech...
sa designer although hindi gumana sa akin pati sa ibang kilala ko sa gym, gumagana naman daw sa iba... well iba pa rin optimum...
ot: sabi nun ka-bench ko, nun nagmegamass4000 siya 2lbs in 2 servings w/ milk... pero kung titingnan mo yun katawan niya mukhang totoo... pero hindi niya daw tinuloy eh... parang hindi daw masyado maganda kung more than 5lbs a week... kasi hindi na raw muscle yun, taba/water lang yun...

This is my second time to use creatine mono. Nagpahinga ako ng ilang buwan. Yung naging withdrawal symptom sakin yung excessive sweating specially on my hands and feet. Yung reaction naman, I think, varies from person to person. Some though are the same like the upset stomach we get from too much protein intake. Back to creatine. I skipped the loading phase this time. Sa naresearch ko, pareho lang kalalabasan after four weeks. Faster results lang after two weeks kapag nagloading phase. Mas efficient pa ang consumption.

gagawin ko na lang sa celltech next year when i take it is only after workouts then 30mins after, ON whey! on non-workout days, regular creatine....hindi na ko maglo-loading phase ng celltech dahil 4lbs lang yun...basta take ko na lang cguro sya one day...hehehe...pero maglo-loading phase na rin ako cguro sa creatine...when i started using EAS Phosphagen, hindi ako ng loading phase (sabi kasi ni van wilder wag na eh) so now try ko naman mag-loading to see the diff!
honestly, hindi ko alam if gusto ko talaga gamitin celltech...out of curiosity lang na gusto ko gamitin pero parang ayoko naman talaga...just wanna know if it will make significant changes for me....
pero peeps, so for celltech to take effect, kailangan 8 weeks? so medyo tapon na tong 4lb celltech ko if d ako bumili pa ng isang 7lb para umabot ng 8 weeks?

hindi naman mahirap maghanap ng Optimum Nutrition eh... just contact me if you are interested... nagbebenta po ako at masmura compared to malls, health stores, and GNC... Supplements would help you pero hanggang ganun lang yun... maliit lang ang tulong niyan, food and workout intensity pa rin ang dapat mong tingnan...
yup Paolo's right...nasa buhat at food....pero for me, medyo "Dependent" ako sa whey protein dahil mga kinakain ko naman na foods wala akong choice kundi kainin...magastos pa pag ako pumili ng kakainin....
honestly masarap naman yung DW, strawb kasi flavor nung akin. kahit pang-bading, lasang strawberry naman tlga, may "bite" pa ng real strawberry vs. ON!!!
oh yah, last question ko about creatine,
pano pag LOADING PHASE? kailangan ba hindi ako magbuhat that WEEK?
shempre diba pag nagbuhat ako, "mababawasan" yung saturation ng crea sa katawan ko...? tama ba? so dapat week off?
OT na yung creatine, but short answer, no, you work out as usual. That's why you load (take more) creatine during loading days. Nasa FAQ po yan.
Me also, as much as I'd like to stay "all-natural (no supplements)" mahirap gawin and mas magastos IMO dahil mahal ang food esp if you factor in cooking and preparation time.
I've tried designer whey,wala talaga akong masasabi when it comes to taste,masarap talaga.Kaya nga lang 18grams of protein per scoop lang as compared to ON(23 grams).Don't get me wrong mga pards,kung saan ka hiyang then go for it!! Anyway we all agree na we need supplements kasi regular(?) naman tayo mag work-out.

About supplements (specially whey) kailangan kasi talaga ng protein ofter work-out na mabilis ma-absorb, liquid form is the fastest form to be absorbed by the body and Whey protein is the fastest protien that can be absorbed so kailangan talaga...kasi after ng work out mo the body looks for protein pagdi-nakahanap it will look for the nearest source of protein, what is the nearest source? Our Muscles!!! So pag di ka naglagay ng other source the body or your muscles will just "eat itself" kaya medyo mas babagal ang development ng body mo.....
