you take supplements na kailangan ng body mo... yun mga hindi sufficient na nutrients you get from food... for example, kailangan ng katawan mo ng 100g of protein... tapos natatake mo is 77g lang, saka ka lang mag-whey... kung kulang ng creatine, take ka ng creatine... etc...
